Technical Background:
      Sludge is a kind of solid waste with features of high moisture content, high transportation costs and large landfill coverage. It has a high content of microorganisms and pathogens, so direct application or disposal without treatment will results in excessive accumulation of heavy metals and land sloughing. And incineration process could also generate a large amount of dioxins, polluting the environment.

Technology introduction: 

      This device is comprised of drying system, dry distillation system, hot air system and cooling system. The gas product coming out of the dry distillation process is purified and used as the heat source of the dry distillation unit, and the solid product containing a certain amount of fixed carbon can be used as solid fuel.
