The success of the test of low temperature acidizing roasting device of rare earth concentrate in externally-heated rotary furnace indicates that the process route of acid roasting of rare earth concentrate by externally-heated rotary furnace is reasonable and feasible, which is a new breakthrough in acidizing roasting of rare earth concentrate by sulfuric acid method, and lays a solid foundation for upgrading the smelting process equipment and core equipment of rare earth concentrate.

On October 10, 2019, two production lines of 50,000 tons of hydrogen fluoride industry, Shandong Zibo Bofenglizhong Chemical Co., LTD., and two supporting φ2×18m fluoropgypsum coolers have been successfully put into operation, and the cooling effect of discharge temperature exceeds the expected less than 60℃.
